 Statues & Secrets If we look at the inspirational image our attention is quickly drawn to the statues and we miss the open door. Are there secrets behind this door? If so, we just need to find them. In the same way, we must also refocus our attention and understand that we are operating from the astral plane via the earth plane. Contrary to popular belief, that the earth is our home, it is the astral one that is where we really reside. The astral plane is where our spirit originates from, that is to say, your roots are on the astral plane, you are only on earth for a small time. Astral Links The astral plane is linked closely to the earth plane. In fact, within the astral plane there exists an exact replica of the earth plane, with houses, cities, mountains and people. It is not really a replica, but a counterpart of the earth plane. Everything on this earth, you included, has an astral counterpart. Remember you are spirit in body. Your true home and your roots are in spirit not on the earth. You visit the earth from time to time in order to experience it and its lessons. Therefore, even while on the earth plane you are spirit, with your connection to the spirit world. This astral counterpart represents the link, so to speak, between the spirit world and us. If you were not living on multiple levels of spirit simultaneously, then you could not experience such things as mediumship, extended sensory perception, out of body experiences or even dreams. It is because you are living life AS SPIRIT ON EARTH that you are able to shift from one level of awareness to another, back and forth; sometimes spontaneously, other times quite intentionally. There is a strong link and connection between the earth plane and the astral plane. It is through the astral plane that so much of the spiritual help and assistance is given. The astral plane represents the “doorway” (remembering our image) between the earth plane and the higher levels of the spirit world. It is our choice to enter it for further tuition from our guides. Every single one of us can meet with our guides which is a conscious choice we can make. Therapeutic, Love & Compassion Within the astral plane, there is the opportunity to amend what may have gone wrong and to become even more intimately involved with your family and friends, in a truly spiritual manner. What is even more amazing is that once you step through to the astral plane and enter the next level of the spirit world, the degree of love and intimacy magnifies itself a thousand fold. Indeed, it is a place of work, but of far greater significance, the astral plane is a place of healing, love and compassion. Very few spirits become stuck between the different planes. Some certainly do have difficulty in making their earthly transition, but there are always loved ones and special spirit friends who endeavour to help in that transition. If for some reason, a spirit is just not ready or willing to make the transition complete he or she will fall into a sleep state and remain quiet, until the time comes for a reawakening into the spirit world. Furthermore, that reawakening is aided through love and healing by those special spirit helpers. Spirit Essence – Healing & Transformation The astral plane is where your whole essence returns to upon departing the earthly life, through physical death. Everyone takes goes there and spends a certain amount of time within this area of the spirit world. It is within the astral plane that you deal with those areas of healing, transformation and forgiveness. It is here where you gather with your loved ones. There are special spirit emissaries that help you in this process of assessment. Because the astral plane is where you deal with some of the more negative elements of yourself, some may refer to it as a place of evil and negativity. This could not be further from the truth. It is a world of confrontation, assessment, evaluation and looking at oneself face to face. Indeed, for some these processes may be difficult; however, the result is summed up in two words.... Healing and Transformation. Self Awareness With the introduction, I stressed that we must understand we are operating out of the astral plane via the earth plane. I have had a number of queries regarding astral projection, but once you have connected with it you would remember your visitation. So yes this is a conscious thing that happens and all that are involved in this will remember it. So why don’t we project more to the astral world? I would have ask... “What is stopping you?” (Checkout my note again 007. Astral Travel) Take some time; it is now possible to go there as often as you like. This is about the awareness of the astral plane and that you are in it already. I suppose that it is a reverse connection like a two way journey. If we return to our image and can make the transition through the door, there is a new plane for us to discover. Our guides are their waiting to assist and teach us. Our departed loved ones are also there. They will assure us on a continuous base that they are fine and happy where they are. So take that long awaited journey through the door, you might just be surprised what you discover about you and your loved ones.

I came to realise that there is quite a bit of confusion surrounding this subject. Just like our inspirational image you can see clearly that all the train carriages look the same, but whilst every one might seem to be going in the same direction and journey, is that strictly true? I hope that my article will help everybody to understand more about this complex matter and clear one or two things up. These three topics can integrate very well and even overlap. Astral Projection Reality is created by thought projection (consciousness) into the physical. In astral projection the conscious mind leaves the physical body and moves into the astral body for the ‘experience’. In astral projection you remain attached to your physical body by a 'silver umbilical type cord'. Some people are able to see their cord when they astral project. As with all out-of-body experiences, it is important to feel totally relaxed, have comfortable fitting clothing and if possible be in a reclined position. Sometimes it can get cold when you travel out of your physical body so make sure that you have a blanket or suitable warm covering to hand to keep the body temperature right. When you astral project you are consciously aware of things you encounter whilst out of your physical body. For some, astral projection comes naturally, whereas for others, they are afraid to remove their consciousness from the physical body and will never learn to astral project. Astral projection (or astral travel) is an out-of-body experience achieved either when awake or via lucid dreaming or deep meditation. People who say they experience astral projection often say that their spirit or astral body has left their physical body and moves in another dimension known as the spirit world or astral plane. The concept of astral projection has been around and practiced for thousands of years, dating back to ancient China, whilst in more recent times it has gained popularity through the resurgence of the ‘New Age’ movement. Although, it is interesting to see that more and more this movement is becoming for many part of their everyday life and less ‘New’. Psychics often say that the subconscious (or dreaming) mind contains the spirit or astral body, resulting in falling dreams or waking up with a falling sensation or sudden jerk. Most dreams are not remembered by the conscious mind, making the experience of astral projection a subject of subjectivity. Believers in astral projection point out, though, that most ghost sightings often define the ghost as a lucid or transparent apparition walking the earth. It is unclear whether every physical object has an 'astral' counterpart, or if a spirit literally uses incarnation into a physical body and this is what results in astral projections, or if the phenomena is something else entirely. Astral projection also touches on life itself and what happens after physical death. Premonitions Premonition is a type of prophecy consisting of an impressionable warning of a future event. The phenomenon is characterized by such sensations as anxiety, uneasiness, a vague feeling of disquiet suggesting impending disaster to actual visual or auditory hallucinations. Premonition is sometimes referred to as a "gut-level" feeling. The sensation tends to occur prior to disasters, accidents, deaths and other traumatic and emotionally charged events. The sensation of premonition may be considered precognition at times because there is no clear-cut line between them. However, generally premonitions are sense-oriented, dominated by a syndrome of physical uneasiness, depression, or distress that is without discernible source or reason. It is an unexplainable feeling that "something is going to happen." Precognition, on the other hand, is more precise, involving visions or dream of the event that is to occur in the future. For some investigators, premonitions can include actions of patients and individuals in magnetic and mediumistic trances who prophesy that their malady or some terrible event, to them, will occur within a certain period of time, and may subconsciously wish to fulfil that prophecy. It might be question whether the similar phenomena might occur in a veridical dream or hallucination. This is theorised on the conclusion that a post-hypnotic person generally weaves his action into the surrounding circumstances, even though the very moment of its performance may have been fixed months before. Therefore this raises the possibilities that fulfilment of dreams and hallucinations might be suggested through telepathic communication to a person from another agent, which may not be far-fetched or impossible. Another consideration is coincidence. The dream or hallucination of an event could possible coincide with the incident. Also, it is possible that impressions, whether they remain vague forebodings or are embedded in dreams, must at times be subconscious inferences drawn from an actual, if obscured, perception of existing facts. Such premonitions are by no means to be disregarded. However, frequently premonitions, no matter how impressive, prove to be absolutely groundless, where a ghostly visitant issues the warning. In 1948, the prominent Soviet psychic Wolf Messing travelled to Ashkhabad to give some demonstrations of his abilities. Prior to his performances as he walked the streets of that city he was seized with a terrible dread and an intense desire to leave as soon as possible. He cancelled his performances, the only time he did so in his life, and left. Three days later a massive earthquake levelled Ashkhabad, killing 50,000 people. Messing's premonition saved his life; however, he had no specific forewarning of the earthquake. On October 21, 1966, twenty-eight adults and 116 children were killed when a landslide of coal waste tumbled down a mountain in Aberfan, Wales, and buried a school. According to three surveys taken afterwards up to two weeks before the disaster about two hundred people experienced both premonitions and precognitions. The premonitions included depression, a feeling that "something bad" was going to happen (some people accurately pinpointed the day), sensations of choking and gasping for breath, uneasiness, and impressions of coal dust, billowing black clouds, and children running and screaming. Premonitions occurring in a waking state are more predominant that those that occur in dreams because in the latter they are frequently disguised as symbols, and tend to go unnoticed. However, when theses symbols frequently reappear in dreams, the individual may learn to recognize distinguishing symbols or emotional tones. Premonitions can give early intuitive warnings that occur frequently but are too subtle to register on the conscious mind. Some of these intuitive warnings apparently register on the subconscious and cause the person to unknowingly alter his plans, which some evidence indicates. In the 1960’s W. F. Cox examined passenger loads on trains involved in accidents between 1950 and 1955. By comparing the number of passenger on the train the day of the accident to the number of passenger on the same train for the preceding seven days, the preceding fourteenth day, and the twenty-eighth day, he found that on some accident days, but not all, there was a dramatic decrease in passengers. One example was the Chicago & East Illinois Georgian, it just had nine passengers on the accident day of June 15, 1952; whereas five days before it carried a more typical sixty-two passengers. Cox concluded that many of those intending to travel the disaster-bound trains had unconsciously altered their plans or missed the trains by being late. The similar or same factor may relate to doomed ships. The Titanic carried only fifty-eight percent of its passenger load on its disastrous maiden voyage when colliding with an iceberg in April 1912. A group of twenty-two stokers were late and the captain declared the ship would sail without them, a fact which may have saved their lives. The psychiatrist Ian Stevenson recorded more than nineteen incidents of premonitions and precognitions concerning the Titanic in England, America, Canada, and Brazil, which occurred within the two weeks prior to the ship's sailing date of April 10. Some cancelled their reservations after dreaming of the ship's doom; others said it was bad luck to sail on the ship's maiden voyage. Some of the survivors said they had felt uneasy but sailed anyway; the latter is questionable because some sensation might have been prompted by after the fact thought. Following the Aberfan disaster, a British Premonition Bureau was established in January 1967 to collect and screen early warnings in an effort to prevent disasters. A year later the Central Premonition Bureau was established in New York for the same purpose. Both bureaus did not progress too far because of low budgets, poor public relations, and much inaccurate information. The functioning of premonitions is not exactly known, that is, why some people possess them while others do not. One theory is that some people are more open or prone to psychic suggestion. A cause for the diminishing of this psychic ability in people is that a larger portion of the population has become less intuitive. With the advancement of the scientific age people have began to rely less on their sensations; it is just in recent years that science is investigating the importance of human intuition and sensation Dreams Here are the different types of dreams that we can have. § Daydream Studies show that we all have the tendency to daydream an average of 70-120 minutes a day. Day dreaming is classified as a level of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. It occurs during our waking hours when we let our imagination carry us away. As our minds begin to wander and our level of awareness decreases, we lose ourselves in our imagined scenario and fantasy. § Lucid Dream Lucid dreams occur when you realize you are dreaming in the middle of your dream. "Wait a second. This is only a dream!" Most dreamers wake themselves up once they realize that they are only dreaming. Other dreamers have cultivated the skill to remain in the lucid state of dreaming. They become an active participant in their dream, make decisions in their dreams and influence the dream's outcome without awakening. § Nightmare A nightmare is a disturbing dream that causes the dreamer to wake up feeling anxious and frightened.Nightmares may be a response to real life trauma and situations. This type of nightmare falls into a special category called Post-Traumatic Stress Nightmare (PSN). Nightmares may also occur because we have ignored or refused to accept a particular life situation. Research shows that most people who have regular nightmares have had a family history of psychiatric problems, bad drug experiences, people who have contemplated suicide, and / or rocky relationships. Nightmares are an indication of a fear that needs to be acknowledged and confronted. It is a way for our subconscious to make up take notice. "Pay attention!" § Recurring Dreams Recurring dreams repeat themselves with little variation in story or theme. These dreams may be positive, but most often they are nightmares. Dreams may recur because a conflict depicted in the dream remains unresolved and ignored. Once you have found a resolution to the problem, your recurring dreams may cease. § Healing Dreams Healing dreams serve as messages for the dreamer in regards to their health. Dreams of this nature may be telling the dreamer that he / she needs to go to the dentist or doctor. § Prophetic Dreams Prophetic dreams, also referred to as precognitive dreams, are dreams that seemingly foretell the future. One rational theory to explain this phenomenon is that our dreaming mind is able to piece together bits of information and observation that we normally overlook or that we do not seriously consider. In other words, our unconscious mind knows what is coming before we consciously piece together the same information. Down to Basics Returning to our inspirational image, it is now time to stop the confusion and get some answers out of this note. We do have a lot of data on all the topics now. I would like to summarise it to the following. Astral Projection § The ability to leave your body and visit the astral plane and unlike dreams they are not vague and have a lot of detail. Premonitions § The ability to know things in advance by sensing, seeing or feeling it. Dreams § Apart from prophetic dreams, I feel there is not much more that I can add apart from the fact that dreams tend to be vague and not my speciality. For me, dreams are not central to the work that I do. So where does this leave us? If we assume that on ‘our train’ there is a restaurant carriage, one for general transportation of goods and another for people. They are all carrying stuff, but it is taking a closer look at what they are carrying – a second look to understand their own unique journey that they are taking. This second look helps us to lift the confusion and appreciate the differences.   Incredible Story One of my friends came to me today with an incredible story about his dreams. For me, I found the story very intriguing and I thought “I must share this”. Reflecting on our lantern image, I’m not sure how perfect or imperfect any of these are. Each and every one of them has their own unique secret to them as does Wian’s dreams and all our dreams. The only difference with Wian’s dreams, they seem to form an even bigger secret at the end of his story. Share a Secret Wian told me that his mother was psychic and before her death, she needed to share a secret with him but was not able to do it. Sometimes we wait long and hard for the message to come to us and perhaps this has been true of Wian’s dreams. Let’s look at the evidence, I think that I have an idea what the secret was.... § Wian dreamt that on 12th December 2000, he should be at a certain location. On 8 December 2000, his mother died. Nevertheless, he pretty much ignored this did not pay very much attention to the dream as there was a difference of four days. § This year in March he dreamed about 17th March 2010, and did some self reflection about who is going to die next. On 15th March 2010 a friend informed him of his father’s death. This time he was out by two days. § Two weeks ago he dreamed of 28th June 2010, as previously the 28th came by and nothing happened. However, the following morning he was informed by a co-worker that his mother died at exactly 18:00. Wian said that this sent cold shivers down his spine after hearing this information and he turned away and continued with his work. Later that afternoon. . . Later that afternoon, Wian told me that he came to the following conclusion. With the first death he was not accurate by 4 days, the second death with 2 days and the third with zero days. His mother’s birthday was 420301. So let us look at our lanterns again, if you notice the beading work on them you will see that all the strings to the beads are not the same length, so to some degree there are flaws with them. With Wian’s dreams there were flaws with the dates, but the question remains, are the flaws with the dates there for a reason 420... A hidden message? Perhaps this message is to continue three more times and then the bigger secret is to be revealed? Let me know your thoughts!   Framework So often we have a framework in our lives that we use daily and all the time without thinking and sometimes it serves us well. Things are in their place, if you look at our image you will see that in the same way this provides a certain structure and order. Let me take a moment to humour you... imagine what a mess it would be, if it fell over! Then look again, at the image, you will see that there are several monkeys in the “pack” and that reminded me of the time long ago that I had a pet marmoset monkey called Bobby. I realise that for some of you Northern Hemisphere people this could be unusual but here in South Africa this is a common place thing. Squirrel monkeys, capuchin and marmoset’s are some of the favourites for many people. Back to Bobby, he started to “brandwag” that is to say that he was becoming very territorial as if me and my family were one of his pack. An example of this was that he started to “over lord” at our small holding, by not allowing anybody on the premises if I wasn’t at home. Next to the entrance gate, there was a big tree where Bobby used to stay until I got home. He was very protective of me and our small farm plot; if anyone tried to gain access to it he would bite them. The Reading One week I had a client who arrived for their reading and as per usual I made us some tea and I started the reading. The minute I had the card deck spread, Bobby ran over the desk and all the cards landed on the floor. Needless to say he was nowhere to be found. I collected everything from the floor and re-spread the pack. If round one was not enough, that cheeky monkey, Bobby came back for a second one! KPOW!! All the cards landed on the floor again! I knew that this was going to continue like this so it forced me to reschedule the appointment for another day and offer my apologies to the client. I am sure that you will agree having the right atmosphere for this work is vital. I learned that day that monkey business and sixth senser work doesn’t mix well. That was Bobby’s last day parading around clients, from that day on he was safe in his cage long before the clients arrived. The Outcome So I guess that rascal taught me several lessons that day, we have times when we have to be professional and keep those cards in the stand. Check out the image again the monkey is in the stand – he is in check! Safe and one of the “pack”. Then there are other days when we all need a bit of attention and the monkey in all of us is on the loose and then sometimes life just seems to throw the pack back at us. Do you follow the pack mentality? It is all choices; but what we choose to do with this time and happenings can make the difference between irritation and inspiration.   As with life and the image in this note, not everything is always black and white. So often there are always different shades of colour in between. We often miss these in the rush to see one colour or the other. This was very much the case in a medium session that I had recently that I want to share with you. As I am sure that you will appreciate I always change the names for reasons of confidentiality. This week, Barbara came for a medium session and also brought Gerry her brother. They wanted to connect with their deceased father Tom who had died of a heart condition three years ago. Tom’s last partner was Daisy who he was also engaged to. It was Daisy’s fourth marriage/engagement and the second for Tom. However, it is interesting to note that Daisy’s third partner and previous partners also died from a heart conditions similar to that of Tom. She also had a husband that committed suicide as well. It is no accident that I decided on the name of Daisy; in South Africa we had a notorious poison murderer that murdered her three husbands and her son, she was known as Daisy De Melcker. Conclusion So how does all of this relate to our image at the start? I guess that if you look at the depiction you can see that all the colours combine to give a rich and total view. Through this session, Barbara got the complete picture about Daisy and the way Tom’s affairs had been handled by their lawyer. Perhaps the tide is now turning for the lawyer and Daisy? Oh yes I said about Daisy earlier, well not say that it was confirmed by Tom but I guess that you can see the similarities of the notorious Daisy and our Daisy – it is up to you to make your mind up if you think that they are similar! There will be delays with the planning and the readiness to host the tournament, the series of games will start off chaotic and the blame will be passed on from the one official to the next. § Johannesburg – FIFA and South Africa's World Cup organisers have gone on the defensive about security issues at five World Cup stadiums caused by a stewards' strike over low pay. § The spokespersons for FIFA and the organising committee declined to address the problems at their daily news briefing on Wednesday, referring all questions to police. § Police have taken responsibility for both stadiums in Johannesburg, and the venues in Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth, since stewards began protests on Sunday evening. § FIFA and local organisers declined to answer questions about the cost of deploying thousands of additional police officers on match days, or if security contractor Stallion Security would be fired. In general, I feel very pessimistic about the tournament. Sadly, I sense that none of the current hospitals in Bloemfontein can handle a huge increased demand of patients. Not only that, with the awarding tenders and other associated issues they have been subjected to increased fraud and conspiracy. Although, I might come across as having a negative outlook, I would like to share my insights with you around the WC10. The following statements are unbiased to any of my personal views and what I foresee happening: · There will be delays with the planning and the readiness to host the tournament, the series of games will start off chaotic and the blame will be passed on from the one official to the next. · The International fans will not be safe due to increased theft and robbery that will happen whilst the tournament is being played out. · Whilst the WC10 is in progression, many of the shady deals and bribery that has happened will come to light. · Conflicts and in fighting amongst the fans will occur which will lead to bloody scenes on the streets. · Sexual violence will dramatically increase especially the number of rapes and personal violations. · Some soccer fans will return earlier to their countries than what they had initially planned. Although crime in South Africa is as common as brushing your teeth (!!!) overall it seems the games will be more or less successful even taking into account the statements that I have made. I can only give my honest insights into the tournament; all that remains to see is what happens in the next month!   Doing readings for people that spend most of their time at home can be a challenge. This is because often they don’t interact with other people on a day to day basis. I had a client about 9 years ago; we will call her Jane (Not her real name). From the moment she sat down, I thought to myself, this is going to be one of “these readings”, but I was about to be surprised. The Reading Once we sat down and I started her reading. One of the first things to come up was her ‘education’. I sensed that Jane should further her studies and that she would need at least a few more years. Immediately, she replied that she was busy with her master’s degree in accounting. As the session continued, the following ‘out of the ordinary’ predictions became clear to me for Jane: · Her boyfriend was involved with shady deals. · He was also being unfaithful and stealing from her · Somebody at work was backstabbing her. · I warned her about a theft regarding her home. · It was imperative that she kept an eye on her home at all times or she was going to lose it. · In the new future, Jane will be offered three different jobs (One will be near water, I was getting Lake Vaaldam, near Johannesburg), but I wasn’t sure as Cape Town also felt right. The third location was also a mystery as well. When I was searching for an inspirational image, this one below inspired me the most. If you look at this picture you will see that two of the warriors don’t have weapons, and they could be caught off guard if they end up in danger. I think that I caught her off guard. After the reading, she thanked me courteously in a ‘British Finishing School’ sort of way and left. To be honest, to some extent, this reading didn’t sit well with me. It seemed very typical of some other work that other more unscrupulous sixth sensers would do, but I had to tell her what came up for me in the reading. I think I felt the same way the second Masai warrior looks in the photo. She also asked me how long does it take for my predictions to be fulfilled? I told her 1-2 years, and then if needed, she can come for another reading. The Outcome Suddenly, two weeks after her reading she called me again, and made another appointment. After greeting me she told me that the day she left me she thought... “Damn! That was a lot of nonsense to listen to, but very entertaining and was worth the money.” She continued to tell me..... · Her boyfriend was dealing in drugs. · He had stolen money from her out of their home. · Unbeknown to her, her boyfriend had tried to get the reserved funds from the bank that they had which related to their mortgage and home. · Her colleagues at work had been backstabbing her. · She received two job offers, one from Cape Town and one from Johannesburg · Behind Jane’s back her boyfriend had got another girl pregnant and she was several months gone. · After Jane had thrown out her boyfriend and secured the locks, he returned and tried to break into the property. Jane was astounded that my reading could be so accurate in such a short space of time. So how did this affect me? Well if we look at the first warrior in red on the left hand side in our photo, you can see that he looks really delighted. I have to say that I felt the same way. It was a confirmation on my accurate work and abilities, so often as sixth sensers we don’t always get the feedback. As a professional, it is not my usual style to give such negative vibes but in the context of the reading, I also have to relay what is coming through. Thankfully, this type of reading has been a one off. The motto of the story, well I suppose that I have also learned never to be surprised what comes next with any of my readings. It can be a leap of faith at times even for the person that gives out the reading!  |
