 I’ve had a lot of sessions with very unhappy clients that went to see mediums that were not happy with the outcome of the sessions. I have compiled the following to give you more information on sessions. If we look at our inspirational image... what more can I say...
How:- Clients often ask me how do I do a Crossing Over / Medium Session? Questions like “How do I ‘call up’ a spirit” often surface. The answer is, clients come to me for the session, we sit down and I ask with whom they want to make contact. Once they give me the name and I see the soul, followed by a confirming description of the soul, I can then relay the info that the soul gives me. Crossed Wires:- I had cases in the past where the soul that clients wanted to connect with, didn’t come through first or initially, but where “second in line”. But when this happen it was always a soul that played a significant part in the client’s life. In these cases clients where very happy that this “unplanned connection” came through. Distinctive features:- When souls verify themselves with the client, they give distinctive features that are personal and in most cases only known to the client. They don’t leave any margin for error with this. It’s as important for the soul as it is for the client that both know the connection is genuine and with the correct soul. Emotional:- Some sessions can be very emotional because of unfinished business or things that needed to have been said when the soul is alive. In general everybody (including the soul) is very happy with the outcome of the session. There is defiantly closure for the client and the soul post a session. Receiving Info:- Souls will share info that is meaningful to the client and the client will understand the info. Should mediums start go give wrong info e.g. “Your mother had beautiful long nails”, and she never had long nails, think twice. According to me there are no grey areas with sessions. Either you have the right soul and the right info or the medium is lying through his or her teeth. Don’t be caught up with general info either “Your mother loved children”, yes that is why she had children. In all the years I’ve done medium session I never got info from a soul that left a client confused or where the client could not verify the info. Volunteering Info:- I always say work with the medium. Souls can show us things that we don’t always understand but should be meaningful to the client. The client, being enabled by the soul, might explain things so we all can understand it better. Never “feed” the medium info that they can turn around halfway in the session and use it. “You have mentioned your father was in prison, yes I can see your father was raped in prison”. Don’t:- Never go and see a medium if you didn’t know a person well enough. A good example of this was that a man wanted to connect with his biological father who died before they met. In cases like these a medium can tell you anything and you won’t know the better of it. Guarantees:- There are mediums are out there that “guarantee sessions” then they come up with nothing of value. Ask for references and follow up any person can claim to be a medium and give you general info that is meaningless. If we return to our inspirational image I would say you as a client would know what is true and what is false. If the medium are “fishing in grey areas”, stand up and walk out of the session. This medium as going to create confusion and sorrow, where you came for closure and ending of a chapter this is going to create unanswered questions.

 Telephone I am often asked how do I operate as a medium, how does it work? Check out the old telephone and that gives you a clue....I would like to say that being a medium is a tool a lot like the telephone to establish links and communicate between the living and the departed soul. I will relay how mediumship works for me. It might be different for the next medium. I can sense a soul the minute a person dies. Funeral The souls stay around till the funeral service is done; personally I think they stay to see who attends the funeral service. Post the funeral service they go to the Astral Plane to a “Hospital Facility”. In general souls stay there for an average of 18 months. When clients make appointments for a medium session I stress at the time, the periods out to prevent the clients coming and see me and I can’t sense the deceased ones. Once the clients arrive for the session, I offer them coffee or tea and then we sit down in the lounge. I will ask the clients with whom they want to connect. After obtaining this information, I sense the person and I give a detailed description of the soul. The Connection After the clients and I have established the connection and it is the soul that they want to get in contact with, I relay the information that is given to me. Nevertheless, souls are not advice givers, more often than not they try to reassure the living that they are fine and happy where they have moved to. In general, a medium session seldom lasts longer than 20 minutes, but I have to stress that for the reader that is providing the service this can go on a lot longer. Just like an iceberg you use lots of energy that is not seen and this can take a time to recover. So a reading for the person receiving it can be 20 minutes but for me recovery time could be a couple of hours or even more if it has been a particularly draining session for some reason. The Call So let us think about this, we pick up the receiver on the telephone that is like the coming to visit. Then I dial the numbers to get in touch with the chosen soul and hear what they have to say and then relay it back to the visitor. I guess that sometimes I wish that we could have a loudspeaker phone and that would make it all so much easier! As for dialling wrong numbers well it has been known but not that often. So the question for today is...who do you want me to dial for you? 107. Telephone   As with life and the image in this note, not everything is always black and white. So often there are always different shades of colour in between. We often miss these in the rush to see one colour or the other. This was very much the case in a medium session that I had recently that I want to share with you. As I am sure that you will appreciate I always change the names for reasons of confidentiality. This week, Barbara came for a medium session and also brought Gerry her brother. They wanted to connect with their deceased father Tom who had died of a heart condition three years ago. Tom’s last partner was Daisy who he was also engaged to. It was Daisy’s fourth marriage/engagement and the second for Tom. However, it is interesting to note that Daisy’s third partner and previous partners also died from a heart conditions similar to that of Tom. She also had a husband that committed suicide as well. It is no accident that I decided on the name of Daisy; in South Africa we had a notorious poison murderer that murdered her three husbands and her son, she was known as Daisy De Melcker. More on that a bit later! Once Tom had come through he revealed the following information to Barbara, Gerry and me about himself, his business deals and family: Tom

Conclusion So how does all of this relate to our image at the start? I guess that if you look at the depiction you can see that all the colours combine to give a rich and total view. Through this session, Barbara got the complete picture about Daisy and the way Tom’s affairs had been handled by their lawyer. Perhaps the tide is now turning for the lawyer and Daisy? Oh yes I said about Daisy earlier, well not say that it was confirmed by Tom but I guess that you can see the similarities of the notorious Daisy and our Daisy – it is up to you to make your mind up if you think that they are similar!   A client called me and I gave her an appointment for a medium session regarding her mother in the spirit world. My client, her friend and her sister were on time for the session. I served them tea and juice in lounge. I do prefer to keep it as relaxed as possible. I never know when I might be unnerved during a session. It has happened on occasions in the past.
We all took our seats and I started the session and it seemed to be like any other sitting. The mother relayed a few things via me that were bothering her and she expressed her love for them all. We started to talk about my work. And at some point they mentioned they had a relative with the name of Alan. I scanned and connected for him, by relaying the following information, I was able to determine that he was the correct person as he had:
I thought to myself... “Super, this is going even better than with the mother.” The client then looked me in the eyes and asked me.... “You know he does have this tendency to disappear from the family for great lengths of time. Where do you think we will be able to locate him?” I thought to myself OMG I am not going to be the bearer of this bad news. I just smiled and replied to her that I am very bad place names. |
